I'm Jonathan.

I purchased a camera about 5 years ago to just capture better family photos. This purchase led to a passion of capturing nature and the people around me. Soon I started to purchase studio equipment to really make my friends and family pop! Over the last several years, I continue to develop my style and capture more of the people around me.

When you book a studio session with me, we'll enjoy a relaxed session working through various poses while shedding any nervousness or tension.

I love capturing special moments at your events as well. I work with many local non-profits to cover concerts and fundraisers.

When not doing photos, you'll likely catch me at the Des Moines Playhouse where I regularly volunteer backstage.
